Why is the wire amount received less than the amount that was agreed upon or invoiced?
Certain transfers may be subject to a wire fee charged by the originating or intermediary bank used by the payer. Northeastern’s bank, Bank of America, does not deduct fees from incoming wires. You should discuss any applicable wire fees with the payer in advance and adjust the wire amount if necessary
