Create a professional services agreement
The university’s policy for Business Conduct and Professional Standards states that “a contract is any agreement, written or verbal, that obligates the university to pay money or other consideration for goods, services, or facilities.”
All proposed contracts must be submitted to Northeastern’s Office of the General Counsel for legal review prior to signing by an authorized signatory. Before submitting a proposed agreement or contract for legal review, you must complete and include a contract submission checklist.
